Contact / Inquire
When a client contacts Phillips Flawless Roofing, they can expect to be greeted in a friendly and experienced
manner. We will discuss with you your project needs (i.e., roof repair, re-roof, siding, exterior work, etc.)
andset a date and time to come complete an on-site visit of your home to take measurements.
Site Visit & Consultation
Once a date and time has been set, we will visit your home and take measurements for the project you want to have completed. We will bring you an information package that details the products we use and information about our company, as well as sample boards of the shingles we use for your review and selection. During our visit, we will take the measurements of your roof as well as make note of anything that may affect your project and the detailed estimate. Depending on accessibility, we will take aerial photos with our drone which will be provided to you free of charge should you choose to accept our estimate and the project is installed.
Following our site visit and with all necessary measurements, we will build a detailed, line itemed estimate
that we will send to you, via email, for your review and consideration. Unlike some competitors,
Phillips Flawless Roofing prides itself on providing an open, honest and transparent estimate to our
clients. You will receive a line itemed estimate that will show you where your hard-earned money is going
in your project. Each line has a description for your information. Should you have
any questions or need clarity in the estimate, please reach out to us and we will gladly explain the
estimate and any questions you may have.
Client Acceptance & Contract
Should you wish to proceed with retaining Phillips Flawless Roofing as your roofing and/or exterior contractor, we will prepare a contract for you that explains the scope of work as well as all other legal information for your knowledge and peace of mind. Phillips Flawless Roofing is proud to be fully licensed and insured and this includes our employees.
Following the signing of the contract, a representative from Phillips Flawless Roofing will be in
regular contact with you on the status of your project. We will actively inform you of project start
and completion and when materials will be ordered and delivered to your site. We work hard to
ensure our projects start and end on time, but due to the nature of our business, all time
estimates are "weather permitting". We also take photos during your roof install as evidence/
proof of material install should you wish to sell your house or need them for personal reasons.
PFR Follow Up
Upon the completion of your project, Phillips Flawless Roofing will follow up with you to provide you with your before, during and after photos on a USB as well as to register your warranty with our shingle manufacturer (Owens Corning). We personally submit your warranty online for you and will mail you a paper copy along with your USB once it has been registered and activated. You will also receive separate confirmation from the manufacturer that your warranty is registered.
If for any reason you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will answer any questions or comments you may have. We will also follow up with you periodically to see how your new project is. Its the extra step in our Flawless approach.
